We’re excited to announce the launch of Zakya’s two new plans, Professional and Premium, alongside our existing Standard plan. Our plans are tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses of all sizes, offering enhanced access and features to help you streamline operations and drive growth. Let’s dive into the details of each plan to discover which one is the perfect fit for your business!

Standard Plan

This is the fundamental plan in Zakya, which aims to support entry-level businesses. In this plan, you can get access to a maximum of three users, one register, and one branch, and it includes features such as serial and batch tracking, barcode generation, price lists, multi-location management, customizable and scheduled reports, and ecommerce integration (Shopify and Zoho Commerce).

If you run an entry-level business with minimal inventory and staff and need a POS system that can help you run your operation both offline and online, you can choose this plan.

Professional Plan

This is an intermediate plan that aims to support businesses that are planning to scale. This plan allows a maximum of ten users, three registers, and one branch, as well as features such as composite items, session and cash tracking, backorders and drop-shipments, and essential automation tools in addition to the features of the Standard plan.

If you run a store with a larger inventory and a higher purchase volume, and you need a POS system that allows you to record transactions with multiple salespeople at the same time, this plan is ideal.

Premium Plan

This comprehensive plan is designed to empower established businesses with the capacity to accommodate more users and operate seamlessly across multiple registers. It also includes advanced automation tools and combines all the features available in both the Professional and Standard plans. This plan unlocks the full potential of Zakya.

If you own an established firm that has multiple inventories, warehouses, and branches and are looking for a POS solution that can automate your everyday operations, you should choose this plan.

Forever Free Plan

This is a free plan for Zakya aimed at helping small-scale and informal stores run by independent owners. This plan supports one user, one register, and one branch, and offers essential features like inventory management, customer management, sales management, purchase management, real-time reports, and an ecommerce connection (Shopify and Zoho Commerce).

While this plan includes all the core features needed to manage an established store, it is offered as a free plan to empower the growth of small businesses. If you run a store by yourself with minimal inventory and are searching for a POS solution to handle sales, track inventory, and generate insightful reports, this free plan is an excellent starting point.

Compare the plan offerings to your business requirements and choose the one that best meets your needs. If you are an existing customer on the Standard plan, you can easily evaluate your needs and upgrade to the best plan for you. If you are a new user and are unsure about our solution, you can start a free trial and stay with our Forever Free plan with limited capabilities then gradually upgrade as your business grows.

How do I upgrade my current plan?

If you are a free plan/trail user:
  1. Log in to your Zakya account.
  2. Go to My Profile and click Upgrade. You will be redirected to store.zoho.com.
  3. Choose your plan and make the payment.
If you are a Standard plan user:
  1. Log in to your Zakya account.
  2. Go to My Profile and click Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to store.zoho.com.
  3. Click Switch to New Plan to see the plans.
  4. Choose your plan and continue to the payment screen.
